Integration of the AI ​​telephone assistant/VoiceBot into the telephone system.

The VoiceBot can be integrated into the telephone system either as a UAC (UserAgentClient) or as a SIP trunk. For integration as a UAC, you need the registrar, the SIP ID, the username and password for authentication, and the proxy server. For integration as a SIP trunk, you must first generate a SIP ID, which the bot will then respond to in a SIP INVITE. The following codes are also supported: PCMU, G722, PCMA.

Web browser & internet connection

Many functions in VoiceBooker require a modern web browser. To prevent unexpected behavior of the application and to use the full range of functions, we recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.

Furthermore, an active internet connection is required for the operation of VoiceBooker. If the Internet should fail, you can, for example, open a mobile hotspot with your mobile phone and connect in this way. Since only very small amounts of data are transferred, you will hardly notice any difference in speed here.
